Verify The Schools For Your Listings!

Listing Agents: Make sure school information is correct

When entering listings the IMLS required fields need to be correct or a fine could be assessed.

IMLS Rules & Regulations - Sec 1.2 A listing agreement, or Property Data Form, when input into the Multiple Listing Service by the listing broker shall be complete in every detail which is ascertainable as specified as "Required Items" on the property data form. Listings that contain missing or inaccurate information may be subject to a fine.

School District, Assigned Grade School, Assigned Jr High, and Assigned Sr High are ALL REQUIRED FIELDS. The should be CORRECT when listing a property. If they are incorrect and not updated, a fine can be assessed on the listing agent.




With accurate data in the MLS it makes the job of Selling Agents, Listing Agents, Brokers and Appraisers easier to do. Thanks for following the rules.
