New Technology Committee
Chair: Rich Nesbit
Keeps the IMLS computer services at state of the art for the membership. Researches new computer systems and software. Investigates new technological advances in hardware and software for possible marketing to brokers and agents. Conducts ongoing research and evaluation of current and future technological changes for IMLS. Meetings are held fourth Thursday of every month unless otherwise notified.
Rules and Policies Committee
Chair: Gene Strate
Enforces IMLS Rules and Regulations, particularly submission of listings and changes in a timely manner. Issues fines and considers credit of fines based on requests. Does an annual review and update of the Bylaws. Membership on this subcommittee is open to all members of IMLS. Meetings are held third Thursday of every month unless otherwise notified.
