Changes to the Coming Soon Status

On July 10, 2018 there will be changes to the Coming Soon Status:

Coming Soon listings will be email-able & saved searches for contacts in Paragon CAN include Coming Soon listings
Coming Soon listings CAN NOT BE SHOWN. ANY SHOWING SUBJECT TO A FINE (No Showings by ANY AGENT)
Coming Soon listings will NO LONGER count Days On Market (only after they become the New status)
Coming Soon listings change from Coming Soon to New

Intermountain MLS will be CLOSED on July 4, 2018 to celebrate Independence Day! Have a Happy 4th of July!

Two Forms Programs are available from IMLS

Intermountain MLS supports two programs that you can use: Instanet & Forms Simplicity. Both programs are integrated with Paragon and allow importing data for transactions and listing input.

Both will be available through November of 2019
