Set Up Your ShowingTime Profile

Here's how you can set up your ShowingTime Profile


Once in Paragon go to Preferences Menu --> Third Party --> ShowingTime




Then you can complete your profile for ShowingTime.



From there you can access the ShowingTime Help & Training

How do I get this removed from my listings?  I've already had an agent send me one of these contacts instead of just calling my client like it says to on the listing.  I don't need another time consuming item added to my listings.  I also don't want something that makes another agent think they can contact me to schedule showings when it states plainly on the listing that my clients are the ones to be contacted.  Now I need to contact the client, have them call me back, confirm with them, email back to the agent, and hope they show up.  
These are the kinds of things that would be nice if agents were asked to participate in BEFORE they just show up on our listings.

Paul- 
You can choose "View Instructions Only" in the ShowingTime settings for that listing. You get there from Paragon Go to Preferences--> Third Party --> ShowingTime

Hello Paul,

ShowingTime is very flexible. You can set it up to request a showing directly with the homeowners in the manner they prefer - text message, email or ShowingVoice and select the times available for showing.

Here's a screenshot of the owner/occupant setup.
