Security Changes to Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2) November 17,2015
Black Knight is updating to provide high levels of security and browser choice. Black Knight MLS will implement necessary security settings to our servers. This is in response to required changes to internet security protocols for Transport Layer Security (TLS).
This means that certain older operating systems and browsers will no longer be supported after November 17, 2015.
Computers running the following operating systems or browsers will no longer be able to connect to Paragon using SSL, which is required during the Agent Login process:
•Windows Vista, Windows 2008 and Windows XP
•Internet Explorer 9 or below, Firefox 26 or below, Chrome 29 or below, Safari 6 or below do not support TLS 1.2 (includes Opera 16 below, if in use, which is not supported by BK MLS for product use)
•MAC using Internet Explorer
What can You do?
your computer to the latest version of a preferred but supported operating system. Download and install the latest version
of a preferred and supported browser. The majority of modern web browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer 10+
, already use TLS v1.2.
