Paragon & AOL Email issue resolved

From Black Knight:

re: Reports of AOL Email Blockages

We are happy to report that the AOL Email Blockage reported Friday has been resolved.

During the blocked period, all impacted emails were queued for delivery.
Those have been delivered to their intended recipients as of early Monday morning.

The Black Knight team is continuing to monitor email traffic to the AOL.COM email domain and over the past 48 hours we have seen no additional instances of throttling or blockage on communications sent to those addresses.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this issue.

This is NOT ACCURATE!  I just sent several emails with a gmail address & 2 different AOL addresses--one in the TO:  field & a different one in the CC: field.  Only the Gmail Address was delivered.  My partner who has a different MLS Account & Login is experiencing the same thing!  So as of 10:28 MDT, it is still not working.

And now its working.  Which it did the other day and then stopped again.  I will check back periodically.

It is NOT working again.  Does it only send emails to AOL when someone clears the block manually??

This continues to be an ongoing issue because a large number of users utilized the "SPAM" function in AOL's Email program. Black Knight resolved the issue but it may not stay resolved as is the case here. Black Knight encourages AOL mail recipients not receiving Paragon emails to contact AOL support and validate that Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS) Paragon emails are legitimate and request the emails be delivered. Also, if the email is critical, have an alternate email address.
