Discontinuance of the Voice Search and Alert Feature in Paragon

Black Knight has been monitoring the usage and costs for the Voice Search and Alert Feature within Paragon over the past few years.
Findings show there has been no growth in usage and instead, statistics indicate low to non-existent usage. Also, we received notice from our third party provider that communication costs to facilitate messaging for Voice Search and Alert will increase ten (10) times the current amount paid over the course of 2016. Consequently, BK MLS is announcing that we will discontinue the Voice Search and Alert Feature in Paragon effective December 1, 2016.

We understand this may be a potential inconvenience for the few still using this service but the expense does not justify the means. BK MLS will be looking for future alternative solutions and rest assured, we continue to develop, implement and or integrate technology to enhance the user experience and capability to connect agents and brokers with customers as evidenced by recent collaboration improvements (aka CC2).
