Waiver Of Benefits - Reminder

Tip- You Better ListenIMLS Waiver Of Benefits
If are marketing a listing the listing should be in Paragon OR have a Waiver of Benefits Submitted to IMLS. These need to happen by the NEXT DAY AFTER MARKETING.

You can search for properties on waivers from the IMLS Gateway / Dashboard. Click on "Listing Waiver Search".

Trail 27 is excellent about getting our Waiver's into the MLS office and we do use the search for 'coming soon' listings. We would request that once a property hits the MLS it is removed from the Waiver search. Thank you! Kealy

All waivers are entered manually at this time, so there is no way of us knowing when it hits the MLS, unless the agent sends us notification. If the Waiver has a 'future MLS input' date, it will fall off and only be viewable to our staff.  Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.  Thank you!

Is there a way to search the IMLS waiver forms by MLS Area?

You can only search IMLS Waivers by address or agent.

If a client wants to go Active before or push it out after the date entered on the Waiver do I need to do a change form?  Thanks
