Here are the Intermountain MLS Executive Leadership for 2018

Eric Jensen, President
Boise Regional Realtors - Idaho Smart Agents

Eric Jensen is a 3rd generation real estate broker in the treasure valley. Licensed in 1998 he began working under his father at Remax West and is currently the broker and owner of Idaho Smart Agents.

Eric has volunteered in various capacities for almost as long as he has been licensed. He is a graduate of the inaugural class of the IAR Leadership academy in 2003. He has served as a board member and on the executive committees of both the IMLS and BRR boards. He also served on the IAR strategic planning task force. He spent 6 years serving as a commissioner on the Meridian Development Corporation guiding the urban renewal agency for downtown Meridian.

He has earned his ABR, GRI, e-Pro and SFR designations.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, riding dirt bikes with his boys, staying fit and supporting his wife’s non-profit, Treasure Valley Children’s Theater.

Dave Ferguson, Past President
Boise Regional Realtors - Ferguson Realty Group

A Realtor since 2002, Dave's focused primarily on residential and new construction Real Estate in both the Canyon and Ada count markets. Always an advocate for private property rights, Dave became involved in many volunteer activities within the associations and community. He has served as President of the Ada County Association of Realtors which led to running for 2017 President Intermountain Multiple Listing service. Dave is a broker and an IREC certified Real Estate instruction
Willis Stone, Vice President
Western Magic Valley Association - 208 Real Estate

Willis Stone is currently an Associate Broker at 208 Real Estate in Twin Falls, Idaho. He has been a REALTOR® since 1991. Willis has served as President of Idaho REALTORS®, Greater Twin Falls Association of REALTORS® (Western Magic Valley REALTORS®) and Idaho CRS President. He was named the REALTOR® of the Year for WMVR in 1998.

Willis is currently the IMLS director for the WMVR, a member of IR’s Professional Standards committee , and NAR’s Land Use Committee. In 2018 he will serve on NAR’s Professional Standards Committee and as the Intermountain MLS Vice President.

Willis and his wife Jill are a blended family with 8 children and 15 grandchildren living in the Boise and Coeur d ‘alene area. In his spare time Willis loves to ski, golf, camp, and travel.
NIkki Trautman, Treasurer
Caldwell Board - American Dream Real Estate, Inc.

Nikki Trautman is a native Idahoan and loves this community and her industry. Her love for the Treasure Valley is evident in the fact that she has made a decision to live here her whole life and to be involved in this community.

Her love for the real estate industry is noted by her involvement in realtor activities, committees, & board participation. Nikki is a current MLS Executive Board Member as Treasurer and Caldwell Board of Realtor’s MLS Director 2016-2017. She has been on the Caldwell Board of Realtor’s Executive Board since 2012. Nikki was involved on the IR Forms Committee in 2015 and 2016. CBOR’s Rookie Realtor of the Year Award went to Nikki in 2004. Since then she has been a Top Producer from 2005-2017 (Except 2011). She is a current member of Women’s Council of Realtors, has her Designated Broker Designation, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and recently got her Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) in April 2016.

Nikki’s favorite time is with her family and participating in sporting activities. Nikki participated on a softball team that placed 3rd in the Nation and 5th in the Nation. She is a 2 time All-American Softball player. Nikki played Basketball at NNU and then finished her Accounting Degree at BSU.
