Price can be displayed in a few ways.

  • There is the Price: This is the price that the listing currently possesses based on the status.
  • There is the Original Price: The price when the listing was originally entered into Intermountain MLS.
  • There is the Asking Price: The price at which the listing is currently listed.
  • There is the Sold Price: The price at which the listing sold.

PRICE = that the listing currently possesses.
ASKING PRICE= at which the listing is currently listed.

I am confused. Your example shows different prices for these, but they sound the same.

Thanks for the comment Bryant.
"PRICE" is the price that the listing currently holds based on the status. In my image they are all "SOLD" listings so the "PRICE" is the sold price. "ASKING PRICE" would be the active price of the listing. When the listing sells the "ASKING PRICE" and "SOLD" price could be different.
