IMLS Billing Notice

If you have received an email stating your credit card was declined for your quarterly dues payment -
There is an issue with the system that is sending out these notifications to all members.
IF YOU WERE ABLE TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT ONLINE, THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH. YOUR CREDIT CARD WAS NOT DECLINED.
There is no need to call IMLS.
If your credit card was actually declined, we will
contact you directly.
There will be no additional penalties.
Thank you for your patience while we work with the vendor to get this issue resolved ASAP.
